  • "Joe defined our five-year strategy, 2015-2020. This involved working with the Board, including the co-facilitation, with our Chair, of a hugely successful, two-day strategy workshop for SLT and Trustees. I’ve no hesitation in recommending Joe as a consultant to support the strategic and business planning for any organisation"

Steve Ford - former CEO, Parkinson’s UK

  • “Joe was great to work with, and we’d recommend him to anyone wrestling with complex projects in the NFP sector!”

    David Coe - CEO, AFK

  • "Joe did a great job, working at pace, creating high quality documents and successfully managing relationships with a complex network of stakeholders. I’d recommend him to anyone delivering difficult projects"

Ed Holloway - former CEO, Bank Workers Charity

  • "Joe and Anne planned and delivered a strategic Away Day for the leadership team and Board. They structured the day to get maximum value from our time together, and facilitated skillfully but firmly, to keep us focused at strategic level. Afterwards, they consolidated high quality output at pace. I'd recommend Coney Consultancy to anyone who wants support with strategy and planning"

Glen Hodgson - Chair, Headway East London

  • "Joe worked with the MHA to support the launch of a large fundraising change programme, involving comprehensive changes to data, digital / tech, and our supporter journey and stakeholder management processes. Our investment in Joe's consultancy support provided a strong foundation for successful delivery. We'd recommend him as a change expert to anyone in the charity sector"

Richard Sproson - Legacy Manager, Methodist Housing Association

  • "Anne facilitated a two-day strategic Away Day for our SLT and Board. With a new CEO and Board of Trustees, this was the first time we brought together an experienced group of leaders to determine the long-term direction of the charity. She read the room exceptionally well, adapting the format of the day to ensure everyone remained engaged and focussed. She worked us hard and we delivered some great outputs, including clarity around our purpose and vision for the next five years. We’re very happy to recommend Coney Consultancy to support strategy work"

Nathan Strong - Chief Operating Officer, English-Speaking Union

  • "Joe worked to identify and fix technology issues, interviewing senior managers and staff, consolidating their views into key issues and recommendations. This enabled us to move quickly to solutions - rationalising CRMs and building integration, improving efficiency and the member experience. He worked at pace and delivered great value - relentlessly driving the project forward, but in a cheerful and pleasant way. He’s a highly efficient and capable project manager, and was great to work with"

    Sarah Kaye - CEO, Sported

  • "Joe worked with us on the inception of a comprehensive, multi-£m, multi-year change programme... Joe is a strong, capable senior project manager, who engaged effectively with stakeholders across our senior leadership team"

James Holley - Head of IT, Guild Care
